The new playable race of WoW Forever. The Skyborne descend from Highborne exiles who made a pact with elemental wind spirits and built a home in Skywall. They start on Zephras Isle, where the air spirits that once protected the island have vanished and the people are in trouble.

Zephras Isle
The starting island of both Skyborne races. Blizzard describes it as levels 1 to 12, and the quest list holds 110 quests here, from level 1 to 13, all new in Forever. They are the same for both factions.
Blizzard lists the Skyborne race and the Zephras Isle starting experience in its Skyborne upgrade packs. Blizzard’s post on character creation does not say more about who can make one.
